Knife Sharpening – Whetstone Tools and Techniques

Bring two or three 5-10″ kitchen knives (non-serrated); a diamond, oil, or
water stone (if you have one); a honing rod or steel (if you have one); your
knife edge questions; and a will to learn. Come with dull knives – leave with
safer, sharper, functional edges! No ceramic knives, hair or sewing scissors.
Cost is $75 per person and will benefit the Children’s Dyslexia Center,
Pittsburgh. Classes will be held at Greater Pittsburgh Masonic Center on
Saturday November 15th with two classes; 2:00PM to 4:00PM and
6:30PM to 8:30PM. Class sizes are limited to 12 per session, please
don’t wait. Friends, family, anyone over 18 years old welcome.
