DESCRIPTION:\nThe Scottish Rite Weight Loss Challenge\n$100 Gift Card will be awarded for the greatest % weight loss in the following 3 starting weight categories:\n200 lbs. or less,\n201 to 250 lbs.\n251 lbs. or above\nRules:\nRegister and pay $25 entrant’s fee on the Valley Website at https://valleyofpittsburgh.org/ Each weigh-in should be done wearing the same clothing.\nWeight loss percentage will be calculated as follows:\n(Initial weight-current weight) ÷ Initial weight\nFebruary 1, 2025 – Using the honor system, weigh yourself in and email your name and weight to the Secretary at secretary@valleyofpittsburgh.org (All weights will be kept confidential)\n\nApril 1, 2025, will be the mid-point weigh-in.\nSend your name and current weight to the Secretary at secretary@valleyofpittsburgh.org. An email will be sent to all contestants with the mid-point results.\nJune 1, 2025, send your current weight to the Secretary at secretary@valleyofpittsburgh.org. The winning contestant for each category will be announced at the June Stated Meeting on June 5, 2025. All contestants will be notified via email of the final results.\n\n\n
